MEMBERSHIPS
Apply For Membership To Our Organisation
Applicants must complete all required fields and submit the relevant confirmations of their qualifications and proof of ID with their application. Completed applications are submitted to Secretary for board consideration and approval of the appropriate class of membership. An inscribed membership certificate and membership logo is provided to all members upon approval. Once membership is approved, your membership fee will be invoiced for payment within 20 days.
Professional Membership
All Professional members of the HSPNZ have to be appropriately qualified and experienced with Hazardous Substances, undertake ongoing professional development and adhere to a strict code of ethical behaviour. Professional Membership of the HSPNZ is only open to Worksafe approved Compliance Certifiers.
Professional Membership Fee:
$350 + GST per annum
Professional Membership Renewal
Your renewal of membership as a Professional member of HSPNZ ensures you have to be appropriately qualified and experienced with Hazardous Substances, undertake ongoing professional development and adhere to a strict code of ethical behaviour. You will be required to show you updated CPD training, Insurance and Worksafe Approval.
Professional Membership Fee:
$350 + GST per annum
Associate Membership
Associate members have a demonstrated interest in Hazardous Substances and may offer related services. Associate Membership of the HSPNZ is ideal for people who demonstrate an interest in the aims of the HSPNZ and in the storage, handling and use of dangerous goods but have not completed formal Worksafe approval to become HSPNZ Professional Members.
Associate Membership Fee:
$200 + GST per annum
Affiliate Membership
Affiliate members are organisations aligned with Hazardous Substances industry such that they can form a mutually beneficial business partnership with our members. A company, organisation or other institute may show their support of HSPNZ by becoming a Affiliate Member. Employees of Corporate Supporter organisations who wish to benefit from membership of HSPNZ must join separately as either an Associate or Full Professional member.
Affiliate Membership Fee:
$750 + GST per annum
